What are you working on? "I mainly work on finding buyers and tenants for manufacturing buildings of all sizes. If someone is looking for a new building or land to build a building on, I can help with that. I also perform market analysis for tenants looking to re-locate outside of the state."
How does the market look to you? "It is at a crossroads. In 2007, commercial brokerage had a strong year in spite of all the recession talk surrounding the subprime lending collapse and high energy costs. Plenty of start up businesses were moving into their first buildings, 10,000-square-foot users were moving into 40,000 to 50,000-square-foot spaces, and some large distribution companies were setting up shop south of Milwaukee. So what has changed? Lending rates are still at all time lows, global production and distribution are at all time highs, and stability is being brought to the Middle East. My hope is that we are not talking ourselves into a long, drawn out recession."
What was the best deal you’ve ever been involved in?  "I got tickets to the Marquette Final Four game in 2003 on the free throw line at face value."
What was the funniest moment of your career? "With all the characters, personalities and really amazing stories in this business, someone should write a book…"
