What are you working on? "As more relocation homes enter into inventory for longer periods, it’s been important to stay in touch with all our clients who offer structured home sale programs to monitor their policies and benefits, sometimes adding incentives while tightening parameters."
How does the market look to you? "Spring always brings more home buyers and with the mortgage rates in our favor, more first time home buyers are looking to enter the market which has been the feedback we receive at our Home Buying Seminars. Homes are being priced right which also makes buying more affordable for all buyers."
What was the best deal you’ve ever been involved in? "Each client relationship is ongoing and every transferee has unique needs – so when we are able to help an individual or family make a smooth move across the country – it is a good deal!"
What was the funniest moment of your career? "While at my previous company, I met my future boss at a relocation networking function. At the end of the night, while saying goodbye, I called her J-Lo instead of her real name, Jo Lay. Well, she must have liked the compliment, because she hired me!"
