What are you working on? "Our team is currently very active in office, industrial and senior housing/assisted living transactions. Through our Grubb & Ellis affiliation we are also active in representing clients on a national level. We were recently awarded representation of the Quad Graphics’ national real estate portfolio."
How does the market look to you? "We are currently busy with very good deal flow. Of course there is some trepidation not knowing what tomorrow brings given current market conditions. A down market represents opportunity as well."
What was the best deal you have ever been involved in? "I am honored to have recently represented DDN/Obergfel, LLC in the relocation of their corporate headquarters consisting of approximately 18,500 square feet and the lease renewal of their 428,000-square-foot Memphis distribution center."
