Mike Fardy, chief operating officer of Milwaukee-based Inland Companies, has been recognized by the Realtors Commercial Alliance National Awards program. The program acknowledges members of the National Association of Realtors and its institute affiliates who received an award from their local or state Realtors commercial group for professional excellence from August 2007 through July 2008. Fardy was named the 2007 Realtor of the Year by the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW).
Brookfield-based Shorewest Realtors recently added Marge Hanson as a sales associate in its south suburban office in Oak Creek and added Thomas Sanders as a sales associate in its greater Milwaukee office at 7325 W. Appleton Ave., Milwaukee.
