Brookfield-based Grubb & Ellis|Apex Commercial recently announced that Kraig Deeren has joined the firm as commercial associate. Deeren’s areas of focus include brokerage of industrial property, landlord representation, tenant/buyer representation, investment property acquisition and disposition and consulting services.
Brookfield-based Shorewest Realtors recently added Tracy Modjeski as a sales associate in its Mequon office, Sue Linsmeier as a sales associate in its Elmbrook/Wauwatosa office and Dik Wanke as a sales associate in its Burlington office. Also, Deborah Benavides has joined Shorewest Realtors as its new relocation director.
Elizabeth Louzecky recently joined the Milwaukee area office of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. Ricardo Ramos recently joined the Glendale area office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Terry Tokarski and Julie Mawbey recently joined Minneapolis-based Mortenson Construction as project accountants. Tokarski will be located in Mortenson’s Brookfield office and Mawbey will work with the Aurora Medical Center project team in the Town of Summit.
