Brookfield-based NAI MLG Commercial recently hired Tim Janusz as a sales associate at the firm’s downtown Milwaukee office and hired Brett Garceau as a sales associate in the Brookfield office. Their responsibilities will include: tenant representation, client site searches, real estate acquisitions, and dispositions for local and national office tenants. Prior to becoming a sales associate, Janusz and Garceau were a real estate assistants and broker interns, Janusz for the office group and Garceau for the industrial group, at NAI MLG Commercial.
Pewaukee-based Jens Construction Corp. recently hired Wes Nosek as a project manager. He has 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
Milwaukee-based Equity Commercial Real Estate LLC recently hired Anthony Stevens as a vice president. "Prior to forming Equity, the principals of our firm all worked with Tony at Wangard Partners, and we really feel like this is a homecoming," said Tom Gale, managing member of Equity Commercial Real Estate. Previously, Stevens worked for RFP Commercial, where he focused on office and industrial sales and leasing, exclusive tenant representation, and 1031 exchanges.
Minneapolis-based Mortenson Construction‘s Milwaukee office recently hired Nick Lipinski as a project engineer.
