John J. Malloy, chief operating officer, chief financial officer and a principal for Brookfield-based NAI MLG Commercial, was recently named by Princeton, N.J.-based NAI Global to the NAI Global Members’ Leadership Board. The leadership board is a group comprised of representatives of NAI member firms from around the world that interact to provide input and develop key strategic initiatives.

Milwaukee-based Eppstein Uhen Architects recently hired Paul Stefanski as a project architect, Peter Nagel as an architectural intern and Janel Branda as a graphics and visualization coordinator in their Milwaukee office.

The Milwaukee office for Providence, R.I.-based Gilbane Building Company recently hired Lucas Richmond as a part of an expansion to the company’s virtual construction department. Previously, Richmond worked as a 3D modeler for Building Services Inc. in Milwaukee.

New Berlin-based Titan Building Co. recently hired Tom Halat was hired as vice president of business development. Halat has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.

Wauwatosa-based AG Architecture recently hired four architects: Greg Buscher, Mike Miller, Megan Scott and Mike Azcueta. Buscher has 17 years of architecture experience and has worked on a variety of project types including hotels, churches, senior living, condominiums, housing for the disabled, high end residential as well as master planning. Miller has 13 years of experience and has worked on a variety of project types including schools, restaurants, commercial office spaces, grocery stores and multi-family apartments. Scott has ten years of experience and has worked on a variety of project types such as libraries, schools, churches and commercial office spaces. She also has three years of dedicated project management experience. Azcueta studied architecture and was licensed in the Philippines. He came to the United States in 2000 and worked in San Francisco on residential, multi-family and commercial projects. In 2005, he moved to Wisconsin where he has spent the last few years focused on senior living projects.
