Irgens Development Partners LLC, Wauwatosa, recently hired Angela Mork as manager of marketing and communications, Mark Eisenman as development director, Carolyn Grayburn as an accountant, Melissa Fields as assistant to the property management team and Kelly Conway as director of design and construction services in the Chicago office. 

Irgens Health Care Facilities Group recently hired Dan Cowell as development director and Rick Ferraro as vice president of the Chicago office. Ferraro has over 20 years of health care and commercial real estate experience; he has worked at Lillibridge Health Care Real Estate Trust, and Cushman & Wakefield. Cowell has over eight years of construction management experience. Cowell has worked as a construction engineer for Korte Construction Company, as a project manager for J.H Findorff & Sons and as a real estate development project executive for Landmark Healthcare Facilities, LLC

Milwaukee-based The Boerke Company Inc. recently hired Shaun Dempsey to its office services group.

Butler-based Berghammer Construction Corp. recently promoted Chris Rozof to director of estimating. In addition, Rozof’s estimating team was expanded through the hiring of Joe Graney, as its chief estimator. 

Milwaukee-based Ogden Construction Group LLC announced that Joel Cook, the company’s president, recent became a LEED accredited professional.

Wauwatosa-based KVG Building Corp. recently hired Ryan Konop as a senior project manager. Konop has more than 10 years of experience in health care, office, industrial and retail construction.

Brookfield-based Shorewest Realtors recently hired Dave and Cathy Herrington as sales associates in the Lake Country office and Amy Vallozzi as a sales associate in the Waukesha office.

Kim Simonelli recently left her position as the director of public relations for Chicago-based NVG Residential Inc. The company owns the Landmark on the Lake condominium building at 1660 N. Prospect Ave., Milwaukee.
