Terance McMahon, principal of the Boerke Company, was recently installed as the president of the Wisconsin chapter of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). Chad Vande Zande, senior vice president of CenterPoint Properties, was installed as vice president, Kenneth Braden of Colliers Barry was installed as treasurer and Ned Purtell, principal of RFP Commercial, was installed as secretary. Immediate past chapter president Bob Gintoft of NAI MLG Commercial will remain as one of the executive officers. Bob Flood, principal of RFP Commercial, will serve as admissions chair, Patrick Connor of NAI MLG Commercial will serve as public relations chair, Bob Dufek of Dufek Realty will continue serving as membership retention chair and golf outing chair and McMahon will continue as the development forum chair. Gintoft will also continue as program chair and he and McMahon will continue serving as Scholarship Committee co-chairs.

Whitney Gould, the former Milwaukee Journal Sentinel architecture critic who retired from the newspaper recently, has been appointed to the City of Milwaukee’s Plan Commission by Mayor Tom Barrett. The appointment is subject to the approval of the Common Council.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Wisconsin Region, recently added several sales associates: David Guirl and Andrea Jabas in the Glendale office; Shelley Daily in the Mequon office; Bob Schultz and Eric Williams in the Shorewood office and Florian Belanger and Shelley Buxrude in the metro west suburban office.

Hartland-based PDC Midwest Inc. recently hired Mark Johnson as director of architectural production and Brian Kneser as an intern. Johnson will be responsible for manpower allocation, scheduling and quality control for the production of design documents. Kneser is working in the firm’s senior living studio and is assigned to one of the firm’s national senior community design development teams. PDC Midwest also announced that project architect J. Gerard Capell has been named as a fellowship nomination for The Construction Specifications Institute.

Butler-based Berghammer Construction Corp. recently hired Gino J. Carini as director of sales.

Brookfield-based Shorewest Realtors recently added Monica Ly as a sales associate in its downtown Milwaukee office.
