J. Michael Mooney, the co-founder, chairman and principal of Brookfield-based NAI MLG Commercial received the first ever J. Michael Mooney Award from the Wisconsin chapter of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association. The award is given out for extraordinary leadership in advancing economic development in Wisconsin. Mooney served as the NAIOP Chapter President in 2006. The ‘J. Michael Mooney Award’ will be handed out intermittently to those deemed worthy by the NAIOP Executive Committee and Board.
