Opad Joins Findorff as marketing specialist
J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. recently hired Melissa Opad as a marketing specialist in the company’s Milwaukee office.
Associated Bank makes changes to real estate appraisal team
Associated Banc-Corp has promoted Curt Kolell, Cheryl Dodson and Angela Stoehr on its appraisal compliance team, and hired Thomas Kneesel to join the team. Kolell has been promoted to chief appraisal compliance officer. In this role he is responsible for management of the department overseeing appraisal ordering and review on all of Associated Bank’s real estate related transactions. Dodson has been promoted to commercial appraisal compliance officer. She is responsible for overseeing the commercial appraisal ordering and review staff. Stoehr has been promoted to centralized appraisal compliance officer. She is responsible for selecting appraisers and reviewing appraisals for the bank’s business real estate related transactions. Kneesel has been hired as the bank’s residential appraisal compliance officer. He is responsible for overseeing the residential appraisal ordering and review staff.
