Vande Zande returns to Boerke Company as partner
Chad Vande Zande recently left his job as senior vice president of investments at CenterPoint Properties to join the Industrial Services team at Milwaukee-based The Boerke Company.
Vande Zande has 24 years of commercial real estate experience. He is now a partner at Boerke Company and will team up with recent addition Jeff Hoffman who was previously with Pewaukee-based Judson & Associates and joined the firm in September.
“It is wonderful to be back at The Boerke Company after the over eight years at CenterPoint Properties, my experience there vastly broadened my real estate skill set and will help me serve the Milwaukee industrial marketplace with added perspectives,” said Vande Zande. “The Boerke Company has done a great job of recently attracting a fellow new partner in Jeff Hoffman along with other talent, then combining that with the company’s Alliance with Cushman & Wakefield, which is a strong global real estate company, gives our team the ability to confidently service our clients’ real estate needs either locally, nationally or globally.”
The Boerke Company also recently announced David Ferron joining the industrial team in February, and the recent hire of Marquette graduate James Raveret to their office team. Raveret is a former Marquette Lacrosse player, and interned in The Boerke Company’s Research and Marketing Department before graduating in December and receiving his real estate license.
