Nysse launches new venture
Doug Nysse, an architect who has specialized in hotel projects, recently left his postion with Milwaukee-based Kahler Slater to start a new venture, Arrival Partners LLC, located at 731 N. Jackson St., Milwaukee. “I’ll be involved in development, planning and advisory services for real estate projects in Milwaukee and across the United States,” Nysee said. “And I’ll also continue to remain involved with ongoing projects with my friends at Kahler Slater. My new partners will include the clients, consultants and colleagues that work in collaboration to achieve successful projects.”

Irgens hires director of facilities
Wauwatosa-based Irgens recently hired Tim Dotson as director of facilities and maintenance services. Dotson will plan, organize, coordinate and report on the operations of Irgens’ portfolio. Before joining Irgens, Dotson worked for Johnson Controls in facilities management. Prior to that, he was responsible for facilities management operations for Miller Park and the Milwaukee Brewers. He also spent 15 years in various facilities management roles for Harley-Davidson.
