Johnson Bank and Knight-Barry to partner with Palomar development
Johnson Bank has been chosen as the preferred lender for The Residences at Hotel Palomar development and Knight-Barry Title Group has been selected to issue the title insurance for the construction of the hotel and to facilitate the closings of all condos in the development. The $145 million development, northwest of Old World Third Street and Juneau Avenue in downtown Milwaukee, has been proposed by Milwaukee-based Ruvin Development and Dallas-based Gatehouse Capital Corp. The project would include a 176-room luxury hotel, 63 condominiums, a spa, fitness center, restaurant, nightclub and retail space. A sales center for the condos will open on May 19.
