Construction began recently on the $19 million, three-story, 85,000-square-foot Oconomowoc Physician Center at the northwest corner of Highway 67 and I-94 in Oconomowoc. The outpatient facility is a collaborative effort of ProHealth Care and independent physicians. It will be connected to the current ProHealth Care Medical Centers primary care clinic. The project is expected to be complete in December of 2007. The facility will have doctor’s offices and services there will include cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery, lab services and digital imaging. The center will be the permanent home of Oconomowoc’s Musculoskeletal Institute.
