Poblocki Sign Company announced that it will provide the first phase of signage for the Trump International Hotel and Tower currently under construction in downtown Chicago. The contract covers interior and exterior signage for the new skyscraper. "We look forward to providing exceptional signs to one of the most visible building projects in the world," said Chuck Amundsen, sales director.

HomeSale Realty announced that it has been selected as the exclusive agency for the new Brookfield Trails Condominium project. The $16 million project by developer Jim Schaefer will have 64 condos on Elizabeth Court off of Bluemound Road between Barker Road and Brookfield Road, right behind the Melting Pot restaurant. Groundbreaking is scheduled for July with a projected grand opening set for spring of 2008. "Brookfield Trails will feature four 16-unit buildings with underground parking, elevator buildings and plenty of desirable amenities," said Roy Scholtka, president of HomeSale Realty.
The price range for the condos start at about $250,000 per unit.

Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, S.C. is expanding its Madison offices. The Milwaukee-based law firm renovating existing space at One East Main and expanding into adjacent 33 East Main. The expansion will give Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek 27,655 square feet of contiguous space on the third floors of both buildings, including 18 new offices and expanded and upgraded conference facilities. The firm currently occupies 18,941 square feet. The project is expected to be complete in October. "This project reflects our continued expansion as a law firm and our dedication to constant continuous improvement of service to our clients," said Jerard Jensen, managing shareholder in Madison. "We’re excited to be underway. This is something that has been in the planning stages for some time."
