Menomonee Falls-based Kohl’s Department Stores Inc. recently completed extensive remodeling of its Oak Creek store at 9035 S. Howell Ave. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held today for the re-opening of the remodeled store. The company plans to remodel 85 of its 1,067 stores this year.
Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin New Berlin clinic at 4855 S. Moorland Road, New Berlin, was been awarded a Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) Silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. The building was developed by and is owned by Wauwatosa-based Irgens Development Partners LLC, which leases the facility to Children’s Hospital. The building was designed by Hammel, Green and Abrahamson and constructed by CG Schmidt.
