HSI Properties expands portfolio in Atlanta
Town of Brookfield-based HSI Properties recently purchased an 85,000-square-foot industrial warehouse and office building in Kennesaw, Ga., near Atlanta. Milwaukee-based Derse Inc. will occupy the majority of the building. HSI built Derse’s headquarters building in Milwaukee.
Public hearing on lakefront redevelopment plan
The Milwaukee County Board’s Parks, Energy and Environment Committee will hold a public hearing on recommendations from Milwaukee County’s Long-Range Lakefront Planning Committee, on Tuesday, Oct. 18, from 5-6:30 p.m., at the Downtown Transit Center, Harbor Lights Room, 909 E. Michigan St., Milwaukee. The plan includes a vision for the lakefront near downtown Milwaukee, including possible redevelopment of O’Donnell Park, the Downtown Transit Center and access to Lincoln Memorial Drivve from the Hoan Bridge and I-794.
