A grand opening will be held on June 21 for a leasing center for Wauwatosa-based Wangard Partners Inc.‘s Preserve at Prairie Creek project in Oconomowoc. The Preserve at Prairie Creek’s first phase of 51 apartment homes is currently under construction. The Preserve at Prairie Creek is a 204 unit, market rate luxury apartment home community located near County Highways P (Brown Street) & Z (Lake Drive), in the City of Oconomowoc, adjacent to the Prairie Creek Shopping Center.
