UWM to add green roofs to library building
The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee said that it is in the process of installing two green roofs (over the east and west wings) on top of the Golda Meir Library. The green roofs will cover about 50,000 square feet. The project is being done in partnership with the Metropolitan Milwaukee Sewerage District (MMSD) and will be complete in August.
