Zeman Tool & MFG Inc. plans to add a 25,000-square-foot addition to its 25,000-square-foot building at W228 N575 Westmound Dr. in Pewaukee.

A 15,000-square-foot building for TruckServ, a repair business for over the road trucks, will be built on Duplainville Road in Pewaukee.

Ben Mohn plans to build a 14,000-square-foot building, just east of the KwikTrip at W229 N2086 Redford Blvd. in Pewaukee, for a dance studio.

A two-story, 13,000-square-foot veterinary clinic building is planned at 8020 S. Howell Ave. in Oak Creek.

DTG Operations LLC plans to build a Dollar Thrifty rental car center on a 6.5-acre site at 545 W. College Ave. in Oak Creek, near Mitchell International Airport.

The National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Commercial Division recently honored the Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin (CARW) as one of the country’s top commercial boards and presented CARW president and CEO, Jim Villa with an Ace Award (Accredited Commercial Excellence) at the NAR Annual Meeting in Orlando. Including CARW, only 6 NAR accredited commercial associations received the inaugural ACE Award from a pool of 200 associations countrywide.

The Wisconsin office of Opus Development Corporation (Opus) will aid in the construction of an Opus-sponsored Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity house by installing drywall on Thursday, Nov. 29 at 2201 N. 41st Street in Milwaukee. This year, the Opus Foundation awarded a $30,000 grant to Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity to sponsor the construction of the home. In addition to sponsoring the construction, Opus employees and volunteers will provide hands-on support to Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity by installing drywall for the home of a local family that is in need.
