Brookfield-based engineering firm R.A. Smith National said that it is providing complete site design services to Cabela’s for a new store in Ashwaubenon. The approximately 100,000-square-foot store will be located at U.S. Highway 41 and Lombardi Avenue near Lambeau Field. The store will be located in the Titletown Development area being developed in conjunction with the Green Bay Packers.

The Opus Group issued a clarification this week saying the firm plans to build a 112,000-square-foot addition to the Weyco Group corporate headquarters in Glendale. Once complete the project will boost Weyco’s total space to more than 1,030,150 square feet, including office, warehouse, and distribution service space.

The owner of the Guanajuato Restaurant at 2301 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee, has purchased the vacant building at 2317 S. Howell Ave. and will move the restaurant there later this year.

The Southridge Boston Store has submitted an application to the Village of Greendale requesting to renovate both its north and west entrances. The application says the estimated cost for the renovation is $150,000. The Boston Store at Southridge is also is undergoing an $8 million interior renovation.
