Hilco to sell former Mayville Products plant
Hilco Real Estate LLC will sell at auction the 400,000-square-foot former Mayville Products Corp. headquarters, located on a 15.3-acre site in Mayville (Dodge County). The plant has multiple bridge cranes (up to 11 tons), 17 dock high doors, 13 drive-in doors, interior ceiling heights up to 22 feet, heavy power, compressed air and welding gas infrastructure. The facility is also served by the Wisconsin & Southern Railroad. The bid deadline for the property is June 5. More information is available here.

Frozen Ladle to open in New Berlin
Frozen Ladle, a self-serve frozen yogurt and serve-to-order soup restaurant, will open a location in the Moorland Square shopping center, located at the southeast corner of Moorland Road and National Avenue in New Berlin.

Daly’s Pen Shop opens second location
Daly’s Pen Shop, which claims to be America’s oldest pen store, announced today that it is opening a second store location at 7632 W. Burleigh St. in Milwaukee. The store will open on May 5. Established in 1924, Daly’s will also maintain its original downtown Milwaukee location in the Historic Plankinton Building, which is part of the Shops of Grand Avenue in downtown Milwaukee
