Duluth Trading Company signed a 6-year-lease for the former Smith Brother’s building in downtown Port Washington. The company plans to open a store in the building this fall. Read more in the Port Washington-Saukville Patch, a media partner of BizTimes Milwaukee.

The Islamic foundation of Greater Milwaukee wants to build a 12,950-square-foot mosque with classroom and gathering space at 16650-730 Pheasant Dr. in Brookfield.

First Federal Bank of Wisconsin plans to build a 4,200-square-foot branch at the northeast corner of Moorland Road and Greenfield Avenue in Brookfield. The site is where a 115,000-square-foot Fountain Brook Crossing office building development was proposed prior to the Great Recession, but that project never moved forward.

Kunes Country Chevrolet, located at 1231 E. Geneva St., Delavan, plans to do a remodeling and addition project to its showroom. The 4,000-square-foot project includes a 800-square-foot addition to the building.

A public meeting to discuss the possible extension of the I-794 Lake Parkway to Highway 100 in Oak Creek will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 29, at the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center, 901 15th Ave., South Milwaukee.
