Silvernail Woods office building sold
A 6,260-square-foot office building at 2707 N. Grandview Blvd., Waukesha, in the Silvernail Woods office complex, sold recently for $930,000, according to state records. Ashburn, Va.-based GLSV Realty LLC bought the building from Silvernail Woods LLC.
