Hartland apartment complex sold for $3.5 million
Madison-based Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corp. recently purchased the 65-unit Breezewood Village II Apartments complex in Hartland from Plymouth, Minn.-based Hartland Housing Associates for $3.5 million, according to state records.
Whitewater strip mall sold for $1 million
Dubuque, Iowa-based Slow LLC recently purchased a 6,360-square-foot strip mall at 1117 W. Main St. in Whitewater from SWD Whitewater LLC for $1.03 million, according to state records. Tenants in the building, which was built in 2010, include Maurices and U.S. Cellular.
Ridgestone Bank takes back West Allis industrial building
Brookfield-based Ridgestone Bank recently acquired a 37,284-square-foot industrial building at 11331 W. Rogers St., West Allis, from Delafield-based Zion Property LLC in a sheriff’s sale, according to state records. The building was constructed in 1967 on a 1.3-acre site. The property has an assessed value of $829,900, according to city records.
New restaurant opens at Midtown Center
Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet will host a grand opening event on Thursday. The 11,000-square-foot restaurant is located at 4138 N. 56th St. in the Midtown Center in Milwaukee.
