Milwaukee-based Phelan Development plans to develop a 12-lot subdivision on a 6.3 acre site at the northwest corner of the Tuckaway area in Greenfield. Access to the subdivision will be from South 37th Street, just south of Abbott Avenue.

NAPA Auto Parts plans to move its store from a 4,600-square-foot space at 1750 Wisconsin Ave., Grafton, to a 20,526-square-foot space at 1720 Wisconsin Ave.
