Restaurant planned in downtown Pewaukee
Tom Davis, the owner of a former BP gas station at 221 W. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Pewaukee, plans to convert the building into a restaurant. He plans to build a small addition onto the building and will lease it to a restaurant operator. Village officials are asking Davis to make arrangements for additional off-site parking before approving the project.
Mid-America to manage East Pointe Marketplace
Mid-American Real Estate Group was selected by Los Angeles-based Westwood Financial Group to be the management company for East Pointe Marketplace, an 86,267-square-foot shopping center at the northwest corner of Van Buren Street and Ogden Avenue on the East Side of Milwaukee. Westwood recently purchased the shopping center, anchored by a Pick ‘n Save store, from Mandel Group and Northwestern Mutual.
