Industrial building in Menomonee Falls sold for $4.5 million
Beloit-based Hendricks Commercial Properties LLC recently purchased a 66,000-square-foot industrial building on a 5-acre site at W165 N5761 Ridgewood Dr. in Menomonee Falls for $4.5 million, according to state records. The building was sold by an affiliate of West Bend-based Ziegler Bence Development. The assessed value of the property is $3.15 million, according to Waukesha County records.

Shoppes at Fox River expansion site purchased for $1.2 million
An affiliate of Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust recently purchased a 9.8-site on Chapman Drive in Waukesha to accommodate plans to expand the Shoppes at Fox River shopping center at 1180 W. Sunset Dr. Ramco-Gershenson plans to build a 186,000-square-foot retail space addition on the site to expand the existing 369,774-square-foot shopping center. The property was sold by Milwaukee-based Spring City Holdings LLC.



Parallel Employment Group and Blackline limousine will move to Oak Creek
Parallel Employment Group of Wisconsin is moving their corporate office location into a 11,660 square-foot space in Oak Creek at the end of the month. The company, which specializes in employment and staffing services, has over 10 locations across the country, and is moving their corporate office from Summit Place in West Allis, where they occupied a 5,600 square-foot suite. The new space will also house Blackline Limousines, Inc., which is also moving with Parallel Employment Group into the new space located at 6925 S 6th Street in Oak Creek.

Mid-America adds to its Wisconsin portfolio
Indianapolis-based Kite Realty recently awarded Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin an exclusive management and leasing deal for the 264,560-square-foot High Ridge Centre in Racine, the 121,809-square-foot Pewaukee Plaza in Pewaukee and the 24,256-square-foot Brady Place neighborhood shopping center on the East Side of Milwaukee. Kite Realty also awarded Mid-America Real Estate with management deals for the 364,310-square-foot Shoppes at Prairie Ridge in Pleasant Prairie, the 181,098-square-foot Village at Bay Park in Green Bay, the 171,121-square-foot Fox Point Plaza in Neenah and a 61,000-square-foot Pick ‘n Save store in Stevens Point. These assignments increase Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin’s management portfolio to more than 1.7 million square feet, which the firm says makes it the largest third-party retail property management firm in the state.
