Comfort Suites hotel in Lake Geneva sold for $3.4 million
Waterloo, Wis.-based Geneva Lakes Hotel Group LLC recently purchased the Comfort Suites hotel at 300 E. Main St. in Lake Geneva from West Bend-based Lake Geneva Hospitality Group LLC for $3.4 million, according to state records.



Retail building to be built in Grafton
Pier 1 Imports, ULTA Beauty and Men’s Wearhouse stores will occupy a 25,000-square-foot retail building that will be built at Highway 60 and Port Washington Road in Grafton. None of those three stores are currently located in Grafton. Waukesha-based The Redmond Company was selected by the developer, Rich Schmit Rentals Inc., to do the design and construction work for the project.

Retail space nearly leased up at Avenir
Wangard Partners announced that the retail space at on the first floor of its Avenir Apartments project at 1437 N. Jefferson St. in the Park East corridor in Milwaukee is nearly leased up. “We are currently seeking one last tenant for the remaining space,” the firm said.
