Storage company plans Pleasant Prairie warehouse expansion
Madison-based Central Storage & Warehouse Co. Inc. plans to build a 64,000-square-foot addition to its 111,712-square-foot food storage and distribution warehouse facility at 7800 95th St. in Pleasant Prairie. The facility current has 17 full time employees. Central Storage plans to add 2 to 3 additional full time warehouse workers and 1 to 2 full time clerical workers as a result of the planned expansion.
Voss Insurance leases space near Cabela’s
Helsan Development Co. LLC announced that Voss Insurance Group has leased 2,850 square feet of space in the 3070 Building, across from the Cabela’s store, in the Helsan Business Park in Richfield. With the addition of Voss Insurance, there are now two lease spaces available in the business park, a 6,950-square-foot office and warehouse space in the 3070 Building and a 2,30-square-foot space in the 3010 Retail Center.
