CVS Pharmacy planned in Sheboygan
TMC Wisconsin 2 LLC plans to build a new CVS Pharmacy at the northwest corner of North 14th Street and Erie Avenue in Sheboygan. Currently there are no CVS locations in Sheboygan. Woonsocket, R.I.-based CVS Caremark Corp. has 7,600 CVS Pharmacy and Long’s Drug Store locations.
We Energies to expand West Allis building
We Energies plans to build a $3 million, 15,800-square-foot addition to its 49,000-square-foot building at 500 S. 116th St. in West Allis. The addition will have 6,600 square feet of vehicle storage space and 9,200 square feet of office space.
New Applebee’s building planned at Bayshore Town Center
A new Applebee’s restaurant building is planned for a vacant lot north of the Trader Joe’s store along North Port Washington Road at Bayshore Town Center in Glendale. The restaurant would replace the existing Applebee’s restaurant in Bayshore Town Center. Mall management said it is in discussions with “a leading national retailer” to move into Applebee’s current premises following the restaurant’s relocation within in 2015.
