Starbucks buildings sold in Wauwtosa and Sheboygan
Elm Grove-based REW Properties LLC recently purchased the Starbucks building at 151 N. Mayfair Road, Wauwtosa, from Brookfield-based RP Restaurant Group LLC for $2,116,000, according to state records. Hillsborough, Calif.-based LAG Investments II LLC recently purchased the Starbucks building at 1026 N. 14th St. in Sheboygan from Green Bay-based Quad Coffee Ventures LLC for $1,164,300, according to state records.

Associated Bank buys its Mukwonago branch
Asscoiated Bank recently purchased its Mukwonago branch at 707 N. Rochester from Waukesha-based Jeffrey Heeren LLC for $1.495 million, according to state records.

Former Capri Restaurant in West Allis sold
Mider Properties LLC recently purchased the former Captri Restaurant at 8340 W. Beloit Road, West Allis, and plan to renovate the property and open Capri Di Nuovo, an Italian restaurant, there. Mider Properties received a financing package for the project from the city of West Allis and Waukesha State Bank.

7-Eleven buys Bluemound Road gas station
Dallas-based 7-Eleven Inc. recently purchased a gas station at 19600 W. Bluemound Road in the Town of Brookfield from Milwaukee-based Fillinger Investment Inc. for $924,052, accoding to state records. The property has an assessed value of $1,256,900, according to Waukesha County records.
