WCREW announce award winners
Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women (WCREW) recently announced the winners of its 9th annual WCREW Showcase Awards, which recognize significant real estate development and redevelopment projects in Wisconsin.

The Impact Award for Ingenuity winner was The Iron Horse Hotel located in Milwaukee.  Project team members included: Dixon Development, LLC, The Kubala Washatko Architects, and Kelly Construction & Design.

The Vision Award for Ingenuity winner was 234 Florida Street located in Milwaukee.  Project team members included: Pieper Properties, Inc., James Piwoni Architects, and Barthenheier Construction.

The Impact Award for Achievement winner was the Johnson Controls global headquarters expansion located in Milwaukee. Project team members included: Johnson Controls, Gensler, and Hunzinger Construction Company.

The Vision Award for Achievement winner was the Prairie Apartments located in Milwaukee. Project team members included: Heartland Housing, Inc., The Guest House of Milwaukee, Continuum Architects + Planners, S.C., and VJS Construction Services, Inc.
The Judges’ Choice Award for Impact winner was the Milwaukee City Hall Restoration located in Milwaukee. Project team members included: the City of Milwaukee, Engberg Anderson, Inc., and JP Cullens & Sons, Inc.
The Judges’ Choice Award for Vision winner was The Keller Building located in Milwaukee. Project team members included: Keller Investments, LLC, HGA Architects & Engineers, Inc., and Dahlman Construction Company.

Ogden & Company celebrates 80th anniversary
Ogden & Company Inc., founded on Oct. 29, 1929, announced that it will have a champagne toast at noon on Thursday at its downtown Milwaukee office at 1665 N. Water St., to celebrate its 80th anniversary.
