The office space for Milwaukee-based architecture firm Engberg Anderson Design Partnership Inc. was recently awarded a LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. In 2007, the firm moved into the space, located on the fifth floor of the P.H. Dye House building at 320 E. Buffalo St. in Milwaukee’s Historic third Ward.

Waukesha-based The Redmond Company recently broke ground on construction for a 6,700-square-foot State Bank of Niantic building in Decatur, Ill.
