Devo Properties was recently named the 2008 Developer of the Year by the Greenfield Chamber of Commerce. Devo Properties redeveloped the 90,000-square-foot shopping center at 7901 W. Layton Ave., and attracted a new anchor tenant, Sendik’s Food Market.
Milwaukee-based engineering consulting firm Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer & Associates, Inc. recently changed its name to GRAEF.
