Local investor Brad Olson recently purchased the 18,339-square-foot office building at 9004 W. Lincoln Ave., West Allis, from Cornwell Family Limited Partnership for $1.95 million. Ross Smith of The Dickman Company Inc. represented Cornwell Family Limited Partnership and David Hazenfield of The Dickman Company represented Olson in brokering the deal. The building is located near West Allis Memorial Hospital and is about 95 percent leased, Smith said. The largest tenant in the building is Aurora Health Care.

Adaptive Micro Systems Inc. recently purchased the 26,664-square-foot industrial building on 5.3 acres at W209 N17145 Industrial Dr., Jackson, from Custom Machine and Technology LLC for $1.26 million. Mark Schnoll of Inland Companies represented Custom Machine and Technology and Scott Furmanski of CB Richard Ellis represented Adaptive Micro Systems. Adaptive Micro Systems manufactures LED signs and is located at 7840 N. 86th St. in Milwaukee. The company bought the Jackson building because it is growing and needs an additional facility, Schnoll said.
