Real estate deals of the week

All Solutions LLC recently leased 42,000 square feet of industrial and office space at 4659 W. Basswood Drive in the Franklin Business Park in Franklin, from Yellow Rose Enterprises Inc. Construction of the 126,000-square-foot multi-tenant building was completed last week. Kevin Barry, Ed Treis and Will Swain of Colliers Barry were the listing brokers representing Yellow Rose Enterprises. Jeff Hoffman, vice president of Judson & Associates, represented All Solutions in brokering the deal. Colliers Barry is trying to find tenants for the remaining 84,000 square feet of space in the building. Brookfield-based All Solutions provides supply chain management services. The company plans to consolidate its warehouse space near Mitchell International Airport, and eventually move its headquarters, to the Franklin building, Hoffman said.

CBA Tire Company recently purchased the 51,000-square-foot former Milwaukee Dustless Brush Company building at 10930 W. Lapham St., West Allis, from the creditors of the Milwaukee Dustless Brush Company for $1.15 million. Milwaukee Dustless Brush Company stopped its operations earlier this year. The building was in receivership, and the company’s creditors were represented by Michael Polsky, an attorney with Milwaukee law firm Beck, Chaet & Bamberger S.C. Mark Schnoll, a broker with Inland Companies, represented the creditors in brokering the sale of the building and Sam Dickman Jr., vice president of The Dickman Company, represented CBA Tire Company. The building sits on a 3.7 acre property and has significant environmental contamination, which greatly reduced the selling price, Schnoll said. CBA Tire plans to move to the building from a smaller space that it leased at 11139 W. Becher St., West Allis, Dickman said.
