The John M. Ellsworth Company Inc. moving to a larger building.

The John M. Ellsworth Company Inc., a distributor of petroleum products, recently purchased a 49,846-square-foot industrial building at 8700 W. Bradley Road, Milwaukee, and an adjacent 4-acre vacant lot at 8725 W. Tower Ave., Milwaukee, from Audrey F. Ross Children’s Trust for $2.075 million. The company, which has about 30 employees, needs more space and is moving to the Bradley Road building from a 20,860-square-foot building that it owns at 8800 W. Dean Road, Milwaukee.

Bradley Way Partners LLC recently purchased a 41,065-square-foot industrial building at N106 W13131 Bradley Way, Germantown, from Bradley Way LLC for $2.6 million. Steve Sewart of Inland Companies represented the buyer and the seller in brokering the deal.
