PETCO Animal Supplies Inc. leased 14,000 square feet of retail space at the northeast corner of Paradise Drive and Silverbrook Drive in West Bend, from IBT West Bend LLC. San Diego-based PETCO has 780 pet supply stores in the United States, including seven locations in southeastern Wisconsin in Greenfield, Brookfield, Germantown, Delafield, Racine, Kenosha and Lake Geneva. Sandy Golden and Gary Stein of CB Richard Ellis represented PETCO in brokering the lease for the space for the West Bend store.
