In late 2023, Columbus-based American Packaging Corp. announced Ray Graham was being promoted to president and that he will become the company’s next chief executive officer at the end of 2024. Graham was previously executive vice president and chief operating officer of American Packaging, a family-owned packaging converter. APC specializes in flexographic, rotogravure and digital printing, multi-ply extrusion, adhesive lamination of film, paper and foil, and pouch and bag fabrication. The company has more than 1,225 employees across its six manufacturing facilities. In 2023, the company established operations in Utah when it opened a new $100 million, 275,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.
