Developer Jonathan Holtzman is on the front end of an apartment construction boom that will add more than 4,700 units to the downtown rental market.
Whether the supply of downtown apartments outpaces demand, he expects his newest project, the conversion of a Jazz Age office tower at Randolph and Wells streets into 313 apartments, to hold its own.
