What has fueled your company’s growth?

Innovation and our proprietary technology platforms. We continuously update and enhance our systems, creating a technological advantage over the industry’s competition. Additionally, it is important for Quest CE to reinvest capital back into our organization, training and developing our staff to produce at higher levels.

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

Our biggest obstacle in growth is the uncertainty with the nation, including the national debt crisis, taxes and taxation. Although our business is recession proof, there are still implications, such as having to give more money to the government, which negatively impacts our ability to reinvest back into our company.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?

Quest CE will be expanding our corporate office space, as well as growing our client base and creating opportunities for new team members. We are also planning to have a customer service team fully dedicated to only answering phone calls, managing our online chat function and corresponding with students via e-mail.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

Our outlook for business conditions in the upcoming months is extremely favorable. As more legislation is passed, financial services and insurance professionals are required to complete mandatory continuing education prerequisites in order to conduct their daily activities. Through skillfully executed marketing and sales techniques, Quest CE expects to bring in new clients and increase our market share in the industry.
