What has fueled your company’s growth?: “Quest CE’s growth is fueled by innovation and our proprietary technology platforms. We continuously update and enhance our systems, creating a technological advantage over the industry’s competition. Additionally, it is important for Quest CE to reinvest capital back into our organization, training and developing our staff to produce at higher levels. With a client-centered philosophy, we lead to exceed the expectations of our clients, thus allowing us to satisfy our clients and attract new business.”

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?: “At Quest CE we find that our biggest obstacle in growth is the uncertainty with the nation, including the national debt crisis, taxes and taxation. Although our business is recession proof, there are still implications, such as having to give more money to the government, which negatively impacts our ability to reinvest back into our company.”

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?: “Quest CE plans to continue to grow our client base and creating opportunities for new team members. At our organization, we want to continue to provide a great place to work for employees, creating an environment of dynamic people who are talented, passionate and committed to excelling in their career at Quest CE. In addition to continually improving upon our technology platforms we are planning to roll out another new platform before 2014 which should lead to tremendous growth for the organization.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?: “Quest CE admires businesses as a whole that have been successful at growing their company quickly. We respect business leaders whom follow the philosophy of ensuring the happiness of their customers and employees, instead of just trying to make a profit. Furthermore, Quest CE appreciates businesses that give back to their communities through participating in charities and other philanthropic efforts. Lastly, we take pride in being a company that adds growth and value within several areas of our business, and we think highly of companies that have these same goals.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?: “Our outlook for business conditions in the upcoming months is extremely favorable. As more legislation is passed, financial services and insurance professionals are required to complete mandatory continuing education prerequisites in order to conduct their daily activities. Through skillfully executed marketing and sales techniques, Quest CE expects to bring in new clients and increase our market share in the industry.”

What is your company’s most important growth strategy right now?: “Our goal is to help solve the business challenges our clients encounter. We deliver value by focusing on flawless execution and dedicating ourselves to the highest level of service, regardless of the client size or complexity.”
