Quality Suites hotel in Kenosha sold for $1.4 million

Sunrise Hotels Inc. this week purchased the 72-room Quality Suites hotel in Kenosha from Milwaukee-based Wisconsin Hospitality LLC for $1.42 million, according to state records.

 
The new ownership group consists of Andy Patel and Bob Patel, according to a hotel employee.

The hotel is located along I-94, northwest of the Highway 50 interchange.

Amenities at the hotel include a 625-square-foot meeting room.

Quality Suites is a brand of Rockville, Md.-based Choice Hotels International Inc.
