The company has leased a portion of the space formerly occupied by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, near the Waukesha airport. CMR X-Ray plans to occupy the building on Sept. 1. CMR X-Ray specializes in the integration of diagnostic X-Ray systems. The company was founded three years ago, and had been leasing space in Pewaukee since inception. The property is owned by MIE Properties Inc.

The Al Schutzman Co. has leased approximately 65,400 square feet of office space in the RidgeView Business Center III, W234 N2091 RidgeView Parkway Court, Pewaukee.

Wangard Partners
Letterhead Press Inc., a commercial printer, is consolidating two facilities into one located at 16800 W. Ryerson Rd. in New Berlin. The consolidation has brought one operation from the Pewaukee area and one from the Milwaukee area together in the New Berlin Industrial Park. According to Michael Graf, president of Letterhead Press, the consolidation will help the company run more efficiently.

West Bay Properties purchased 4.706 acres of land on Mequon Road in Mequon.

The Metropol Apartments, 54 units at W14822 Main St., Menomonee Falls, sold to investor Daniel W. Bruckner, by Frank Fry Revocable Trust.
