Milwaukee-based Colliers Barry announced that it is listing for sale a large undeveloped site along I-94 in Pewaukee. The 126-acre site is located along the north side of I-94, west of Springdale Road and south of Watertown Road. The closest freeway exits to the property are at Highway F to the west and the Goerke’s Corners area to the east. The site, listed for $11.4 million, could be appealing for an office park development said James T. Barry III, president and CEO of Colliers Barry. The property is divisible and has 4,000 feet of interstate frontage.
