Zilber Property Group plans to build a 100,000 to 175,000-square-foot speculative industrial building along the west side of Green Bay Road in the LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie.
The company also is working on plans for a 90,000-square-foot speculative industrial building on Beloit Road, near Emmer Road, in New Berlin. Construction for both projects could begin by the end of the year.
