The property has an assessed value of about $3.3 million, according to Waukesha County records.

It was sold by Gregory R. and Jannelle A. Peterson to Naples, Florida-based Pine Grove Hollow LLC, according to state records. The agent for Pine Grove Hollow is John J. Paro.
