Built in 2006, the 90,819-square-foot shopping center includes a Pick n’ Save store as well as several outlot buildings, including a Panera Bread, an Aveda salon, U.S. Cellular store, an insurance office and First Midwest Bank. The property was sold by Century Centre, LLC, an affiliate of Fox Point-based General Capital Group, and purchased by 950 East Sandy Lake Road LLC, an affiliate of Miami-based commercial real estate investment group, L2 Partners.
